It has become inevitable - the 1980's are back, and my mojo has been pushed off centre. I simply refuse to give in, its become too iffeminate. George Michael hasn't been this down since he knocked the closet door off the hinges, whenever that was.
Whether these guys like it or not, I'm staying in the 70's. That's where I was before, that's where I stay now. Nothing beats acting like you've just blasted out of the funk cosmos onto planet earth. RIP James Brown, the legacy you helped to create will live on...
The cycle goes on, how long will it take, 30 years? I have strong hopes for the future, but especially look forward to that time. Something worth following has come along since then - along the lines of bohemian neo-soul. I guess I should work a bit more with something as current.
What would you like to see immortalised by fashion? What influences your fashion sense?
