I would like to see it applied liberally in Australian Federal and State politics.
To the Tasmanian premier, who seems to be owned and manufactured by gun lobbyists.
To the NSW premier, Iemma oh glorious yehma. For when the ban on supplying guns to criminals was lifted, the state basks in your glory oh prince of....
Peter "Who?" Debnam, for oh so graciously applying the word 'thug' to the end of the noun 'middle eastern'. I feel his aim is slightly cock-eyed, but who can take sides?
There is the option to send the state parliaments up in a whiff of smoke.
But it may be even scarier to do so, with the way Howard does things.
A capitalist dictatorship. Oh dear we'd all be going to hell then.
I once asked an American on what he thought of Bush.
"He's a tight shooter."
Oh no. He didn't just say that. Okay I think I better turn the other way now.
I once asked a central Asian man if he was from Pakistan.
"Are you for real? Noooo, I'm from India."
I claimed it a slip of the tongue, then stating that I wouldn't mind if he was Pakistani, but Indians are more so the laidback socialisers, yeah? I think we'll get on just fine.
I know people that vote Labor, I know people that vote liberal. Unfortunately I can't tell whether they're more left or right anymore. Have we become a nation of fencesitters? Who are we afraid of being hated by?
I say vote for an alternative.
Just don't vote for the pro-guns party.
