Mas Que Nada

April 19th 2008 04:52
There's a line from that Brazil 66 song, in the chorus, that harmonises "Ar-i-a-e-o". I've been told that Aria in Spanish translates into the starsign Aries. Of course I was told this by an Aries woman from Spain, but I figure she'd know.

I seem to have met alot of Aries people over the past couple of years, and I find they all make for good friends. I'm an Aquarius, and at a time when I was seeing an Aquarian woman I was told I should find an Aries. Being that my previous relationship was with a Taurus, this line of the stars came highly recommended.

And hence my soujourn into serenading Ariens began.

It was definitely easier than I thought. The same place I met the Aquarian woman I had met the aformentioned Aries friend, about six months later. Since then I haven't stopped meeting them. Over this month I have been to five different Arien brithday parties, at one stage two on the same night. The last one for this year was just last night.

We began the night at Soho, an art deco nightclub in Kings Cross which is one of the few places in the area I would prefer to go to at night.Throughout the night, as I met the Arien's friends, I noticed how often a certain question came up.

People fail to realise how often one can be asked the question, "So how do you know so-and-so?" in one night. Of course rather than repeating myself I would begin to make up stories of how we met, attempting impromptu 'interesting anecdotes'. It didn't really turn out as such but you can bet by the end of the night I'd forgotten how we really had met in the first place.

Was it those memory-strengthening classes?

Moving on from Soho we made our way to a new place, Piano Bar. Apparently they have live music there, but I wouldn't know. Our squadron got stopped at the front door and told that at this time of night (midnight) the dress code was very formal. We left witnessing people with designer-grungy t-shirts and puffy parkas smoking cigarettes out the front.

As everyone started heading to the Trademark, I decided I'd had enough of security guards and tight-lipped door bitches, and bussed it back to Bondi.

Now let's see if Taureans can live up to the precedent...

Hi Opto,

Of course rather than repeating myself I would begin to make up stories of how we met, attempting impromptu 'interesting anecdotes'.

Hahahahaha it takes another Aquarian to fully appreciate this comment I suspect, and that I am.

As for Aries being a good match for "queries" (as in question marks and curious all together)... *chuckle* they are mighty appealing and make firm friends. There is much orginality in both and the need for novelty is handsomely satisfied by both parties. I've found that Aries make very cosy friends.

I have found that true compatibility also depends muchly on the Chinese animal sign, numerology. The vedic system of Astrology Opto, has this amazing ability to split the western astrology into further 'bite size' pieces of insight. It is easy to see that some Aquarians are more compatible with only certain Aries than others ... and for certain Aquarians (born on a certain few days at the beginning end of the sign), some strange circumstances in life to deal with as they have no earthly "mate" that is compatible beyond an 84% rating, and that is a certain period within Aries - as it happens.

If you are interested in finding this book, let me know and I'll give you the title.

My mother and daughter are both Taurus and we can have much fun, but fundamentaly I find them as stubborn as I am fixed *chuckle* and it can make for problems for both signs in overcoming the challenges. It would be interesting to see which Nakshatra (sign) she is in the Vedic system and if you PM me the dates, I'll type out the compatability rating and dialogue)...

Having a personal chart done is a must for anyone curious to learn more about themselves I reckon'.

Hope all's well with your Taurus.

Lilla .....
