Thinking Aloud

Mental health week has now become mental health millenium.
And oh how apparent it is. The majority will no longer discriminate, if only as much as they do to tobacco smokers. Considering the percentage of both groups is about the same.. I'll let you do the correlation.
But then we cannot be too judgmental. Don't judge the mental ya? Assumptions will only get us so far, up to the point of having a world in our heads which doesn't really connect with the world around us. Maybe that's how it happens, and hey we can take it there.
I guess the blatantly obvious sign of mental illness is talking to yourself, conversing maybe, in public places with the streets to witness. It is often telling when a person's face is animated to the point of confusion/excitement when there isn't anything really happening around them.
Say hello to that person when you see them. Give a grounding.
All in all, we could all fit into the category of mentally unwell in one way or another. And these people thinking aloud, one may ask what are they actually thinking about? What is this pressing unanswered question that has them in an uncontrollable spin?
I believe I came across the burning question in their minds today while walking home from work, on the back of a tradie's ute. No southern cross sign on it, so relatively trustworthy.
